Peanut Chocolate Ripple Moment
Isn’t it lovely to have a tin of home made biscuits on standby. If you have sudden visitors, or just to take for morning tea or lunch boxes, having some home made biscuits is very good.
Peanut Butter and a short list of ingredients make these delectable melt in the mouth biscuits! These are very delicious, but not too sweet, making g them a satisfying treat!
Peanut butter, I must say it is a delicious spread, which is very filling too.
Make some of these. I don’t think you will be disappointed. This is how I do it.
Ingredients
100g of unsalted butter
1 cup lightly packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon golden syrup
1 egg
3/4 cup super crunchy peanut butter
1 cup of self raising flour
Method
Pre heat oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Use a food processor to pulse through the first five ingredients.
Add the peanut butter and flour. Pulse until evenly combined.
Use a cookie scoop or teaspoon to put onto a baking tray lined with non stick baking paper. Press down on each biscuit with a fork.
Bake for approximately 12 minutes. Keep an eye on them. Allow to cool completely before removing from the tray.
Makes approximately 40 biscuits.
